- You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell or rent all or part of the app.
- You may not reverse engineer the app or attempt to extract its source code.
- You may not use the app for commercial purposes without written permission.
3. Music data and third-party services
Guess My Song uses the iTunes Search API provided by Apple Inc. to retrieve music metadata.
- We do not store protected music files.
- We do not claim ownership over musical works.
- We do not grant any license to music content beyond what Apple services allow.
Use of Apple services may be subject to Apple’s own terms.
4. User responsibility
The app allows players to enter a nickname, select tracks and join game sessions.
You remain solely responsible for the content you select or share during a game.
- Do not infringe intellectual property rights.
- Do not harass, defame, threaten or intimidate other users.
- Do not use the app for illegal purposes.
- Do not disrupt the app’s operation.
- Do not use bots, automated scripts or data extraction tools.
5. Intellectual property
All elements of Guess My Song, including the name, logo, design, interface, code and graphics, are protected by intellectual property laws.
- You may not use our name or logo without authorization.
- You may not copy or redistribute app content.
- You may not exploit the app commercially without written agreement.
6. Proper use and security
- You must not use the app in a way that violates the law.
- You must not disrupt other users’ experience.
- You must not compromise app security.
- You must not introduce viruses or malicious code.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated.
7. Modification and termination

- Guess My Song cannot be held liable for loss of data or revenue.
- Guess My Song cannot be held liable for the behavior of other users.
- Guess My Song cannot be held liable for inability to use the app.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of France.
Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of France, unless mandatory legal provisions in your country of residence provide otherwise.
Before taking legal action, you agree to contact us to seek an amicable solution.
12. Severability
If any provision of these terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain fully applicable.
13. Entire agreement
These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Guess My Song regarding use of the app. Failure to enforce a provision does not constitute a waiver.
